nAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a hands-on Transportation Operations qualified to run the day-to-day Billing, Track & Trace, and Proof of Delivery (POD) Management processes. This is an execution-focused role, working within established standards to keep freight billing, in-transit visibility,



and delivery documentation accurate and on time — with robust exposure to the US transportation landscape.
nWhat You'll Do

Own end-to-end Billing operations — invoice processing, validation, discrepancy resolution, and timely closuren
Manage Track & Trace — monitor shipments in transit, proactively flag delays and exceptions, and coordinate with carriers and customers to resolve themn
Handle POD Management — collection, verification, and reconciliation of delivery documentationn
Apply US transportation standards, carrier requirements, and compliance norms in day-to-day processingn
Partner with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing and delivery discrepanciesn
Maintain accuracy and turnaround times across Billing, Track & Trace, and POD workflows, following established SOPsn
