nRole Description
nThis is a full time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in Mumbai. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and addressing concerns promptly. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, ensuring a seamless experience, and presenting Zinque's products with care and professionalism. Additional tasks may include maintaining customer relationships, Maintain customer records & follow-ups and addressing feedback effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.

Proficiency in Customer Service Management and handling customer inquiriesn
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsn

Previous experience in hospitality or retail is an advantagen
