nThis role is focused on owning end-to-end delivery for client hiring needs through interview services. You will be responsible for ensuring interviews are executed smoothly, efficiently, and lead to successful hiring outcomes.
nThis is a high-ownership, delivery-focused role where you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent quality, speed, and reliability in hiring processes.
nCandidates with experience in staffing, recruitment, IT Service or Consulting industry are preferred.

Own end-to-end interview delivery service for client accountsn
Understand client hiring requirements (roles,



skills, timelines, urgency)n
Plan and manage interview flow to ensure timely executionn
Coordinate with internal teams and interviewers for smooth scheduling and completionn
Ensure interviews are conducted on time with high quality and proper feedbackn
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during active deliveryn
Share regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure smooth communicationn
Troubleshoot real-time issues (no-shows, reschedules, delays)n
Track key delivery metrics like:n
Turnaround Time (TAT)n
Interview completion ratesn
Quality of feedbackn
Identify gaps in delivery (delays, low conversion, quality issues) and fix them proactivelyn
Ensure interview processes contribute effectively to client hiring outcomesn
Manage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups for assigned accountsn
Maintain overall account health through consistent d
