nWe're a growing interior design startup, and we're looking for someone who can hold a project from the first client conversation all the way to the last site visit — without losing the thread.
nWhat you'll do:

Lead design development across premium residential projects end to endn
Translate client briefs into spatial concepts that are accurate, personal, and buildablen
Produce and oversee drawings in SketchUp and CAD to a standard that leaves no room for interpretation on siten
Work closely with 3D and execution teams to keep design intent intact through every stagen
Own the client relationship on the design side — from concept presentation to final sign-offn

nWhat we're looking for:

B.Arch, B.Sc Interior Design,



or a Diploma in Interior Designn
4–6 years of experience in interior design with an architectural backgroundn
Fluent in SketchUp and CAD — quick, accurate, no hand-holdingn
Someone who understands structure, not just surfacesn
Solid enough to push back on a brief when the design calls for itn
Experience on residential projects preferredn
