nOur Software helps online sellers manage their business on Meesho, AJIO, and Amazon. With recent sellers signing up daily, we need a confident communicator to onboard and train them.
nResponsibilities

Outbound calls to newly signed-up sellers to welcome and onboard themn
Train sellers on using the platform over phone / screen-sharen
Follow up on setup issues and coordinate with the technical teamn
Maintain call records and share daily feedbackn
nRequirements

Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and Englishn
Confident and polite on calls; basic computer knowledgen
Telecalling / support experience is a plus — freshers welcome, full training providedn
