Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to technical support inquiriesn
Provide top-tier support to all customers with a goal of first call resolutionn
Educate customers on system installation/use, and assist in troubleshootingn
Utilize prior customer support experience to enable customer success and happinessn
Use problem-solving skills to solve customer issues and address concernsn
Outbound calls to current customers to address issues, when neededn

1+year experience in Technical Support or Customer Support Environmentn
Proven success in a phone-based customer service or call center positionn
Ability to understand and determine root causes to customer issuesn
Comfortable with technology and ability to provide technical assistance for consumer electronicsn
Strong work ethic and the drive to contribute to company goalsn
Explicit and effective phone communication skills to ensure all customer issues are resolvedn
Ability to work independently and in a team settingn
Ability to prioritize in a rapid-paced environment and excellent time management skillsn
