Job Role
To support the local Collections team in achieving its targets by using effective legal tools.
To liaison with police and other statutory authorities in executing warrants and court orders.
Has to co-ordinate with panel advocates in delivering results on time.
Should have valuable knowledge and work experience in Arbitration, DRT and SARFAESI Proceedings & other legal activities.
To work with team in controlling the NPA’s of the Branch.
To adhere to the BANKS processes and procedures.

Should possess excellent communication and legal drafting skills.
Should be proactive in identifying the problems and providing appropriate solution.
