nWe are seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented Data & Lead Generation Executive to support our business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who excels in research, understands B2B sales ecosystems, and can translate data into actionable business prospects.
nYou will play a critical role in identifying high-value prospects, building robust databases, and enabling the sales team with qualified leads and market intelligence—directly contributing to revenue growth across global markets.

Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities across the real estate and hospitality sectorsn
Generate, qualify, and nurture B2B leads through digital platforms, industry networks, and eventsn
Build and maintain a high-quality, structured, and up-to-date database of prospects and clientsn




Support sales and marketing teams with targeted lead lists, insights, and campaign datan
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and key market developments to inform business strategyn
Collaborate with business development teams to execute lead generation and outreach campaignsn
Monitor and report on lead pipeline performance, conversion progress, and research insights on a weekly/monthly basisn
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all timesn

nWhat We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldn
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, data research, or market intelligence (B2B preferred)n
Robust understanding of B2B sales and prospecting workflowsn
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)n
