nSalary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 CTC per annum
nThe ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build recent business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Identify partnership opportunitiesn
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expandn
Identify and target recent business prospects in the IT equipment rental marketn
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goalsn
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders with matured approach towards Account Managementn
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends,



relevant developments and awareness towards competitor activitiesn
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals independentlyn
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service deliveryn
Track and report on sales performance metrics covering various dimensionsn

nQualifications

Any Graduate, MBA in Marketing (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related fieldn
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT Hardware and Solutioning -System Integrationn
Strong understanding of the IT equipment market and preferably on rental solutionsn
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation s killsn
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamn
Results driven with a proactive and aggressive approach to salesn
Willingness to travel as neededn
