nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to own HubSpot administration, sales reporting, analytics, and sales tech enablement. This role sits at the centre of Sales and Leadership—ensuring clean data, robust processes, and actionable insights to drive revenue efficiency.
nKey Responsibilities

Own HubSpot Sales Hub administration (pipelines, properties, workflows, lead routing)n
Manage CRM governance & data hygiene (duplicates, stale data, validations)n
Build and publish daily / weekly / monthly Sales MIS & dashboardsn
Track and analyze:n
Lead flow & conversion.n
Meetings scheduled vs completed (no‐show trends)n
Pipeline health, velocity & forecast readiness.n
Rep‐level productivity and utilization.n
Support email outreach tools (HubSpot Sequences, Saleshandy, Smartlead, etc.)n
Handle data extraction, imports, enrichment, and quality checks.n




Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve process compliance & execution.n
Act as internal HubSpot + Sales Ops SMEn

nMust‐Have Skills

n
2–3 years of hands‐on HubSpot experience (Admin / Power User)n
Solid Sales Operations / MIS / Analytics backgroundn
Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, analysis)n
Understanding of sales funnel, KPIs, Quoting, forecasting, and CRM best practicesn
Experience supporting US sales teams or US time zonesn
Valuable team player, ability adapt and be flexiblen
