nAbout the Role
nWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying growth prospects, and serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
nKey Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with key clients in the AEC industry.n
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.n
Understand client business objectives and align company solutions accordingly.n
Develop account plans to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships.n
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.n




Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions with clients.n
Coordinate with project delivery, operations, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.n
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or escalations.n
Prepare account reports, forecasts, and business development plans.n
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.n

nRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.n
Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Business Development.n
Mandatory experience working with clients in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry.n
Solid understanding of AEC workflows, project lifecycles, and stakeholder management.n
