We are looking for qualified site supervisors / site engineers to manage and organize construction
projects on our worksites.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance.
Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly.
Quality Control
Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.
Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports.
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all activities align with the project plan.
Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials to ensure a steady supply without excessive overstock.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project.
Requirements
Required Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent; however, a bachelor’s degree in construction management,
civil engineering, or related field is often preferred.
Proven experience in construction management or a similar role, typically 3+ years,demonstrating a track record of managing personnel and projects successfully.
Robust understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations is essential.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills necessary for managing diverse teams.
Possess solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
