Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nKimirica Hunter International LLP is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented R&D; Associate to support the development and improvement of creative personal care and hospitality products. The role involves formulation development, product evaluation, documentation, stability studies, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product commercialization while meeting quality and regulatory standards.
nKey Responsibiliti

Develop and optimize formulations for personal care and hospitality products, including shampoos, conditioners, body wash, lotions, soaps, hand wash, and other cosmetic productsn
Conduct laboratory trials, product evaluations, and performance testing for recent product development and reformulationsn
Prepare product samples for internal reviews, customer evaluations, and commercial approvalsn
Perform stability studies and maintain detailed records of observations and resultsn
Coordinate with Procurement to evaluate and approve current raw materials and alternate ingredients.n




Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Production teams during pilot batches and commercial scale-up.n
Maintain formulation records, technical documentation, specifications, and development reportsn
Assist in troubleshooting formulation and manufacturing-related issuesn
Ensure all formulations comply with applicable regulatory and quality requirementn
Stay updated on emerging ingredient technologies, market trends, and innovations within the cosmetics and personal care industryn
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, performance, and cost efficienccyn

B.Tech/M.Tech in Cosmeticsn

nExperience
n
n
3+ years of experience in Research & Development within the Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical industry.n

nPreferred Skills

n
Knowledge of cosmetic formulation principles and raw mater
