nKey Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts and record financial transactions accuratelyn
Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reportsn
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processesn
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations regularlyn
Support budgeting activities and track expenses against budgetsn
Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filingsn
Prepare documentation for audits and assist auditors during audit processesn
Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts and financial recordsn
Process payroll and maintain payroll recordsn
Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of financial informationn
Maintain backups of financial data and recordsn
nQualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B. Com preferred)n
Semi-qualified Chartered Accountants (CA Inter/IPCC) are preferred.n
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financen
Positive understanding of accounting principles (GAAP basics)n
Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)n
Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)n
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutor
