nThe Role
nWe are seeking a skilled Integration Product Support Systems Engineer to ensure the seamless integration, sustainment, and operational effectiveness of ADASI's UAV systems throughout their lifecycle. This role serves as a critical bridge between engineering design and long-term product support. You will drive supportability strategies, contribute to design-for-maintenance, and coordinate with logistics, field operations, and manufacturing teams to optimize reliability, maintainability, and mission readiness.

nKey Responsibilities

Participate in design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and provide feedback on maintainability and supportabilityn
Analyze engineering designs against Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and RM&S; principlesn
Conduct supportability analysis: FMECA, MTA, LORA, RCMn
Develop and maintain support documents including maintenance manuals, provisioning data, and BOMsn
Collaborate on PLM, configuration control, and obsolescence managementn
Support system integration and validation tests, with focus on field maintainabilityn
Contribute to operator/maintainer training content and technical publicationsn
Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of support strategiesn
