Track fitness: Measure student BMI, physical stats, and fitness levels.n
Analyze skills: Identify player strengths and weaknesses to build tailored training plans.n
Scout talent:



Identify gifted students to form competitive school teams.n
Report progress: Maintain individual and class performance records. [1, 2]n

nCoaching & Operations

Execute training: Deliver structured coaching modules using diverse instruction styles.n
Maintain facilities: Inspect playgrounds, courts, and equipment daily for damage.n
Ensure safety: Guarantee student safety during practice, travel, and tournaments.n
Adapt duties: Handle additional tasks assigned by the Sports Director. [1]n
