nWe are seeking a Finance Specialist who will manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
nKey Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting processesn
Handle payroll, invoicing, and reconciliationsn
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, TDS, GST, etc.)n
Prepare financial reports, MIS, and dashboardsn
Support budgeting and forecasting activitiesn
Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholdersn
Monitor cash flow and optimize financial processesn
nRequirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldn
1–2 years of relevant experiencen
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliancen
Experience with tools like Tally, Excel, or ERP systemsn
High attention to detail and ownership mindsetn
