Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules.n
Manage software license compliance, normalization, reconciliation, and optimization.n
Configure software models, license metrics, publishers, and entitlements.n
Implement hardware asset lifecycle processes including procurement, deployment, transfer, refresh, and disposal.n
Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with discovery tools, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Flexera, Snow, and other asset sources.n
Configure and maintain CMDB, asset repositories, and related workflows.n
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using:n

Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs for asset governance.n
