nWe're looking for a Social Media Manager (Social Media (AI Native) who lives and breathes social media. Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, save a post, share a reel, or follow a brand. At Leap, you'll own our social media presence across platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram, helping us build one of the most engaging study abroad communities in the country.
nThis role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with execution, has a solid understanding of internet culture, and has a proven track record of growing and managing social channels.
nThe Charter Will Include:

Own and drive Leap's social media strategy across Instagram and emerging platformsn
Build and execute content calendars aligned with business and brand goalsn
Grow Instagram through a mix of reels, carousels, creator-led content, trends, and community-first storytellingn
Identify social trends, cultural moments, and platform updates, and adapt them for the study abroad audiencen
Work closely with content creators, designers,



video editors, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to lifen
Drive audience engagement through comments, DMs, community initiatives, and social listeningn
Monitor performance metrics, identify insights, and continuously optimize content based on datan
Experiment aggressively with recent content formats, growth levers, and platform featuresn

nIdeal Persona Would Have:

2–3 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand, creator, media company, or community.n
Demonstrated success in growing Instagram accounts through organic content and community-building efforts.n
Robust understanding of content formats, platform algorithms, audience behaviour, and social media trends.n
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for what performs on social.n
Experience working with creators, influencers, and content production teams.n
