Job DescriptionFurma Home is building a furniture brand rooted in Indian craftsmanship and designed for a global audience. Our vision is to take the depth, skill, and character of Indian craftsmanship to the world through thoughtful, timeless furniture.
nWe're looking for a Furniture Designer who can help shape the next phase of our collections. This is not an execution-only role — you'll be involved in researching, conceptualizing, designing, and developing original furniture pieces that can be manufactured in our Jaipur workshop.
What you'll work onn

Designing original furniture collections for Furma Homen
Researching international trends, materials, proportions, craftsmanship, and detailingn
Reimagining everyday furniture through a timeless, globally relevant design languagen
Developing concepts across wood, metal, stainless steel, marble, upholstery, and mixed-material furnituren
Creating 3D visualizations, renders, and production-ready drawingsn




Collaborating closely with the founders and our Jaipur manufacturing team to take products from concept to prototypen

We're looking for someone whon
n
Has 2–5 years of experience in furniture, product, or interior designn
Has a solid sense of aesthetics and confidence in their own design tasten
Is deeply interested in neoclassical and contemporary furnituren
Enjoys research and is naturally curious about design, craft, culture, and innovationn
Communicates clearly and works well with both designers and craftsmenn
Is proficient in AutoCAD and 3D software such as SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Blender, or similarn
Can take a product from concept to productionn
Has experience with wood, metal, stainless steel, marble, veneer, upholstery, and other premium materials(preferred)n

LocationnMumbai (Hybrid / Remote) with occasional visits to our Jaipur manufacturing unit.
Compensationn₹70,000 per month (Negotiable)
