nWe are hiring an experienced Team Leader – E-commerce Seller Support to lead an international marketplace support team.
nLocation: Pune
nShift: Rotational / Night Shift
nKey Responsibilities
n

Lead and mentor a team of 15–20 Seller Support Associates.n
Drive team performance on KPIs including CSAT, AHT, FCR, Quality, and SLA.n
Handle merchant/customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.n
Coach team members, conduct performance reviews, and drive process improvements.n
Collaborate with QA, WFM, and Operations to achieve business goals.n

nEligibility
n
n
Minimum 3 years of overall experience in Seller Support, Customer Support, E-commerce, or Marketplace Operations.n
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO.n
Hands-on experience in Seller Central, Marketplace Operations, Merchant Support, or E-commerce processes is preferred.n
Solid leadership, communication, and analytical skills.n
Proficient in MS Excel and willing to work in rotational/night shifts.n
