The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital advertising and a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns across various platforms. nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute paid media strategies to achieve marketing objectives and drive business growthn
Manage all aspects of paid advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and optimizationn
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords for search engine advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etcn
Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performancen




Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in the digital advertising landscapen
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to ensure alignment and integration of paid media efforts with overall marketing strategiesn
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvementn
Maintain a thorough understanding of our target audience and market dynamics to inform campaign targeting and messagingn

nSKILLS REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related fieldn
Proven experience (2 years) managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etcn
Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization and decision-makingn
Proficiency in digital advertising
