Transaction Management
Lead and execute real estate transactions across the APAC portfolio, including lease renewals, relocations, expansions, consolidations, acquisitions, and site exits.
Manage transactions from strategy through execution, including negotiations, approvals, financial analysis, and documentation.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver transaction objectives.
Portfolio Planning & Analysis
Support portfolio planning and optimization initiatives across the APAC region.
Develop business cases, financial analyses, and recommendations to support real estate decision-making.
Evaluate market conditions, business requirements, and portfolio prospects.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to align on transaction processes.
Manage relationships with brokers, landlords, consultants, and external service providers.
Leverage market intelligence and benchmarking data to support portfolio decisions.
Reporting & Governance
Maintain portfolio records, transaction trackers, and lease documentation.
Prepare executive-level presentations and portfolio updates for leadership.
Ensure compliance with internal governance requirements and approval processes.
