Identify and develop recent franchise opportunities in the assigned region.n
Lead end-to-end franchise expansion activities, from prospecting to onboarding.n
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and potential franchise partners.n
Conduct impactful business presentations and lead strategic meetings with prospective investors.n
Achieve regional franchise growth targets as an individual contributor.n
What We're Looking Forn
n
Minimum 2+ years of experience in franchise expansion or business development.n
Prior experience in the preschool or education franchise industry is highly preferred.n
Proven ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and build lasting business relationships.n
Strong business presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.n
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working as an Individual Contributor (IC).n
