Robust network and relationships with landlords, developers, and brokersn
Expertise in strategic market analysis and deal structuring (including revenue sharing / management contract models)n
Preferred: Robust exposure to Tier-1 Tier-2 city marketsn

nStrategic Expansion Leadership

Define and execute the organization's expansion strategy across target markets, identifying high-value micro-markets for growth.n
Oversee market research, competitive benchmarking, and rental trend analysis to aid decision-making.n
Develop multi-year expansion roadmaps in alignment with company vision and financial goals.n

nBusiness Development & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strategic relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and channel partners to secure priority access to prime properties.n
Curate potential property options and evaluate on the basis of an acquisition checklist to qualify.n
Represent alt.f in high-level negotiations with property owners, investors, and external stakeholders.n

nDeal Structuring & Negotiation

Lead negotiations for LOIs, agreements, and financial terms in alignment with the company's financial models.n
Evaluate and structure revenue-sharing or management contract arrangements where applicable.n

nProject Acquisition & Execution Oversight
n
n
Oversee parameter-based site selection, due diligence, legal documentation, and compliance processes.n
Collaborate with design, and project teams to finalize BOQs and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.n
