We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Modeler – Electrical to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in developing comprehensive electrical BIM models that drive project success. You'll collaborate seamlessly with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to deliver innovative, clash-free designs while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality. Develop detailed and accurate electrical BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and related software, ensuring compliance with Indian electrical standards and project specifications
Create 2D schematics and single-line diagrams with precision and clarity
Generate comprehensive construction drawings from BIM models for seamless project execution
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve design clashes and conflicts proactively
Perform clash detection and interface coordination using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Prepare detailed electrical layouts encompassing power distribution, lighting systems, cable routing, and containment solutions
Ensure all designs adhere to local regulations, project requirements, and established BIM standards
Support design teams with timely model updates and technical clarifications to maintain project momentum
Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, bills of quantities (BOQ), and coordination drawings for procurement and construction phases
Meet project deadlines consistently while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Support the BIM management team in delivering high-quality digital outputs and facilitating seamless information sharing across discipline teams
Contribute to the development and refinement of the MEP content library to enhance team efficiency
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a team-oriented and innovative work environment
