nThe Social Belly | Jagatpura, Jaipur
nThe Social Belly is a café, events space and boutique stay in Jagatpura, Jaipur. We are looking for someone who wants to do more than manage a restaurant—we want someone who would like to help build the business with us.
nYou will work closely with the founders, across operations, events, sales, partnerships, procurement and guest experience.
nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and developing recent revenue opportunities.

Day-to-day hospitality and property operationsn
Planning and execution of events, workshops, screenings and private gatheringsn
Corporate events, parties and B2B salesn
Partnerships with creators, communities, brands and local organisationsn
Procurement, vendor management and cost controln
Guest experience and service standardsn
Staff coordination and operational systemsn
Revenue growth across café, events and boutique stayn
Local outreach and business developmentn




Working with the founders on recent ideas and growth initiativesn

nWho we're looking for
nYou may come from restaurants, cafés, hotels, events, hospitality, business development or operations.

nExperience in F&B;, hospitality or events is preferred, but robust operating and business-development ability can compensate for a conventional hospitality background.
