We're looking for an experienced and agile Restaurant Manager to lead our operations in Chennai, India. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take full ownership of restaurant operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, and build a high-performing team. As Restaurant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our establishment's success, balancing operational excellence with genuine hospitality and strategic business growth.
Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, ensuring seamless service delivery during all shifts
Set the tone for exceptional guest experiences through warm, polished service standards and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Manage and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and mutual respect
Coach, mentor, and develop staff members, identifying high-potential team members and creating transparent career development pathways
Oversee budget management, P&L; responsibility,



and financial controls to drive profitability and operational efficiency
Implement and maintain food safety, hygiene, and health standards in compliance with local regulations
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to optimize costs without compromising quality
Analyze performance metrics, guest feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Recruit, onboard, and train recent team members, ensuring alignment with company values and service standards
Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and decisiveness, turning challenges into opportunities to build loyalty
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, enhance guest retention, and strengthen the restaurant's market position
Maintain transparent communication with senior leadership, providing regular updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
