nLead high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization, partnering with the Founder, CFO and leadership team to drive growth, profitability, transformation and operational excellence. This role combines strategy, analytics and hands-on execution.

Drive growth, cost optimization and business transformation initiativesn
Build business cases, conduct analysis and present recommendationsn
Manage large-scale programs, timelines,

nIdeal Candidate

4–8 years' experience, preferably in top-tier management consultingn
Solid business acumen, structured problem solving and analytical skillsn
Excellent stakeholder management and communicationn
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver measurable outcomesn
MBA from a premier institute preferredn
