Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to Netgear Devices.n
Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customern
Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates.n
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly setting, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer servicen
Position and sell Premium support contracts to customers based on their support entitlement.n
