nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our design team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and delivering interior spaces that are beautiful, functional, and aligned with client briefs. You will work across residential, commercial, or hospitality projects (depending on the firm) and own the design process from concept through execution.
nKey Responsibilities
nDesign & Concept Development

Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and space plans based on client briefsn
Translate client vision, brand identity, and functional requirements into compelling interior solutionsn
Present design concepts clearly and confidently to clients and internal stakeholdersn

nProject Execution

Prepare working drawings, layouts, elevations,



and specifications for implementation team executionn
Coordinate with implementation team, vendors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained on siten
Conduct site visits to review progress, resolve in office issues, and ensure quality controln
Manage procurement of furniture, furnishings, and décor items within approved budgetsn

nClient Management

Build strong client relationships through explicit communication and responsivenessn
Manage client expectations around timelines, budgets, and design outcomesn
Incorporate client feedback while protecting the integrity of the designn

nCollaboration

Work closely with implementation team, site supervisors, external vendors when requiredn
Collaborate with other designers and provide design guidance where neededn
Coordinate with the project management team to track milestones and deliverablesn
