To program manage end-to-end incubation initiatives across emerging technologies, cross-BU ideation, and fintech innovation themes, ensuring structured execution, governance, and timely delivery.n
To enable faster decision-making, tracking, and seamless transition of projects from incubation to business-as-usual (BAU) through robust coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management.n
Program manage incubation efforts across emerging tech, cross-BU ideation, and fintech innovation projectsn
Define execution plans, timelines, and governance cadence for all incubation initiativesn
Track and monitor project-level budgets and resource utilizationn
Ensure optimal allocation and utilization across pilots and implementation effortsn
Coordinate with sponsor Business Units and SPOCs to drive creation, incubation,



execution, measurement, and fine-tuning of projectsn
Ensure adherence to defined timelines, milestones, and delivery plans across projects ·n
Drive structured reporting of progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership ·n
Ensure documentation of KRAs/KPIs, milestones, and success metrics for all incubation initiatives ·n
Facilitate seamless handover of projects to owner departments for Run (BAU) phase within defined timelines (e.g., 6 monthsn

nEducational : MBA / PGDM (Strategy, Operations, or Technology)
nExperience : 5–8 years in Program Management / PMO / Digital Transformation / Innovation initiatives
