nAbout the Role
nHyperstar Developers Private Limited is looking for a proactive, highly organized, and dependable Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder & CEO. This is a high-responsibility role that requires someone who can efficiently manage executive priorities, coordinate day-to-day business operations, and provide administrative and operational support while accompanying the Founder for meetings, site visits, and business engagements whenever required.
nKey Responsibilities

Manage the Founder & CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.n
Accompany the Founder to client meetings, site visits, business events, and official engagements.n
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes of meetings (MoMs),



and follow-up action items.n
Handle confidential business information with complete discretion.n
Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, vendors, clients, and external stakeholders.n
Draft skilled emails, letters, presentations, and business documents.n
Maintain records, files, contracts, and significant documentation.n
Assist in administrative functions including office coordination, vendor management, procurement, and facility-related tasks.n
Track project timelines, pending tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups.n
Coordinate travel, accommodation, reimbursements, and expense records.n
Support the CEO in strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.n
Perform other executive and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.n
