nWhat You'll Do:

Make outbound cold calls and generate qualified leads across channelsn
Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to closing the dealn
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive, self-starting approachn
Build and maintain a robust, up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM toolsn
Ensure all sales processes, documentation, and follow-ups are current and accuraten
Understand customer needs and effectively pitch the value of ergonomic, premium seatingn
Take full ownership of your targets and results — no hand-holding requiredn
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and identify high-potential leadsn
Gather customer and market feedback to help shape Teregie's growth journeyn
nWhat We're Looking For:

0–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales (freshers with the right attitude are welcome)n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Englishn
A go-getter attitude — someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be toldn
Solid sense of ownership and accountability for outcomesn
Confidence in cold calling and handling objectionsn
Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport quicklyn
Basic proficiency with CRM tools/MS Office (training will be provided)n
Resilience and a positive attitude toward rejection — sales isn't always a straight linen
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup workplacen
