The GM – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for managing the complete finance and accounts function of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role will oversee financial accounting, consolidation, taxation, corporate finance, forex risk management, and support strategic financial decision-making across Indian and international operations. Financial Accounting & Finalization
Handle complete accounts independently, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
Finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and IFRS
Manage consolidation of Indian and foreign subsidiaries, including step-down subsidiaries
Lead statutory, internal, tax, cost, and other audits
Oversee direct and indirect taxation, including income tax, GST,
