Drive new business opportunities in corporate interior fit-outsn
Build and maintain a strong sales pipelinen
Client Relationshipsn
Develop relationships with corporate clients, developers, and consultantsn
Identify workplace transformation and office interior opportunitiesn
Market Expansionn
Build strong networks with CRE brokers, workplace consultants, and project management firmsn
Track market trends and identify current business opportunities in India and Abroad.n
Strategic Partnershipsn
Collaborate with design, project delivery, and leadership teamsn
Position TOA for large workplace interior mandatesn
Proposal & Conversionn
Lead pitch presentations,



proposals, and negotiationsn
Convert leads into successful project winsn

Experience: 12 – 20 Yearsn
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineeringn
MBA preferredn
