nLocation : Hyderabad
nShift Timings : 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST and 3:00 PM IST to 12:00 PM IST
nThis role is responsible for end-to-end oversight of fund-level accounting for real estate funds, joint ventures, co-investments, and related investment vehicles. The Manager will partner closely with asset management, property management, tax, treasury, and investor relations teams to ensure timely reporting and solid internal controls.
nKey responsibilities:

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for real estate funds and investment vehicles.n
Review fund general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and NAV calculations.n
Prepare and review financial statements, including statements of assets and liabilities, operations, cashn
flows, capital accounts, and supporting footnotes.n
Manage capital calls, distributions, investor notices, and capital account maintenance.n




Review waterfall models, promote calculations, preferred return computations, and investor allocations.n
Oversee investor reporting, including quarterly reporting packs, performance metrics, and fund-leveln
updates.n
Coordinate audits, tax filings, and support schedules with external auditors and tax advisors.n
Review property-level inputs such as NOI, recoveries, rent roll data, depreciation, acquisition accounting,n
and disposition gains or losses.n
Monitor fund bank accounts, cash forecasts, and fund-level liquidity needs.n
Ensure compliance with LPAs, JV agreements, side letters, internal policies, and applicable accountingn
standards.n
Lead and develop the fund accounting team, review workpapers, and drive process improvements andn
automation initiatives.n
