nThis role will focus on building strong client relationships, expanding the business pipeline, and securing high-value workplace interior projects.

Drive new business prospects in corporate interior fit-outsn
Build and maintain a robust sales pipelinen
Client Relationshipsn
Develop relationships with corporate clients, developers, and consultantsn
Identify workplace transformation and office interior opportunitiesn
Market Expansionn
Build solid networks with CRE brokers, workplace consultants, and project management firmsn
Track market trends and identify new business opportunities in India and Abroad.n
Strategic Partnershipsn
Collaborate with design, project delivery, and leadership teamsn
Position TOA for large workplace interior mandatesn
Proposal & Conversionn
Lead pitch presentations, proposals,



and negotiationsn
Convert leads into successful project winsn

nQualifications

Experience: 12 – 20 Yearsn
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineeringn
MBA preferredn
