About the Role

Kramer Electronics India is looking for an Application Engineer based out of Bangalore. We are looking for an 8+ years experienced qualified who has a deep understanding of AV technologies and has handled product support.

Responsibilities – Pre-Sales
Responsible for addressing product queries and enquiries, and product support.
Responsible for providing AV design solutions with the company's product portfolio to customers, dealers, consultants and the internal sales team.
Liaising with the HQ technical support team for current product updates, product information, etc.




Delivering trainings on products and technology to dealers/channel partners in the region.

Responsibilities – Post-Sales
Providing after-sales support in terms of product information, troubleshooting, onsite support and online support.
Liaising with the Service team to ensure faster response time and resolution of any open issues for the region.

Requirements and Qualifications
Should have a minimum of 8+ years experience in the Audio Visual industry in Pre-Sales and Post-Sales support.
Education Qualification: Bachelors of engineering or similar educational qualification
Should be well versed and updated on the latest technologies in the Audio Visual domain.
Should be well versed with networking technologies., Certifications like CTS, CCNA preferred.
Should have valuable communication skills.
