Responsibilities:
Manage and process agreements in partnership with sales, procurement, and other departments
Review agreements for legal compliance under company policies
Lead contract lifecycle management software and processes
Coordinate with global legal teams for consistency and compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a reputed university
Robust knowledge of corporate and commercial legal principles
Excellent organizational, communication, and judgment skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines effectively
