Site Management.

We are building a industrial building for a company.
Supervise daily in office construction activities to ensure smooth progress as per schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and labor teams for timely work execution.
Maintain quality control of construction materials and workmanship.
Monitor progress and report daily/weekly updates to management.
Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline.
Manage workforce allocation and resolve in office issues effectively.

Store & Material Management
Handle the receipt, storage, and issue of all construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain accurate stock registers and daily material usage records.
Ensure material quality and quantity verification at the time of delivery.




Regularly reconcile physical stock with records and report discrepancies.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials as per project needs.
Good knowledge of construction materials, measurement, and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and basic computer operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
