Job Description:
Manipal Hospitals is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, support patients and their families, and collaborate with the medical staff to ensure effective treatment plans. Responsibilities include assessing and monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, performing medical procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, and educating patients about their health and treatment options. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patients' vital signs and overall health
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare specialists to create and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatments
Provide emotional support to patients and their families




Assist in maintaining a safe and sanitary workplace for patients
Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification
Valid nursing license (RN) as per local regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Empathy and compassion for patients and their families
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical software

Electronic Health Records (EHR) software
Patient monitoring equipment
Medical diagnostic tools and instruments
Communication devices (telephones, tablets, etc.)
Personal protective equipment (PPE) for infection control
