nKey Responsibilities:

Design and develop manufacturing automation and assembly systemsn
Develop conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and transfer mechanismsn
Design and implement pick-and-place systems using pneumatic, servo, and robotic technologiesn
Lead evaluation and deployment of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR)n
Design warehouse automation solutions including ASRS, robotic palletizing, and automated storage systemsn
Integrate industrial robots for assembly, packaging, inspection, machine tending, and material handlingn
Design jigs, fixtures,



and tooling for manufacturing and assembly processesn
Support projects from concept, feasibility, design, installation, commissioning, and production ramp-upn
Prepare layouts, BOMs, technical specifications, and project documentationn
Drive troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiativesn
