About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Indian Chef to join our Café & Restaurant team in Dhanbad. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Indian cuisine and be capable of preparing high-quality North Indian and South Indian dishes with consistent taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities :-
Prepare a variety of North Indian and South Indian dishes.
Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation of food.
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes and cooking procedures.
Ensure proper food preparation, hygiene and kitchen safety.
Maintain cleanliness of the cooking area and equipment.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before preparation.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth food production.
Manage food preparation efficiently during busy hours.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
Follow restaurant standards for food quality and hygiene.

Required Skills & Experience :-
Previous experience as an Indian Chef in a restaurant, café or hotel is preferred.




Good knowledge of North Indian and South Indian cuisine.
Ability to prepare food with consistent taste and quality.
Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Hardworking, responsible and disciplined attitude.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
