Job Summary

We are looking for an intelligent, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong business understanding, and the ability to develop new clients, maintain relationships, and generate business opportunities in the logistics and supply chain sector.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, and supply chain services.
Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and client references.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Conduct client meetings and follow up regularly for business conversion.




Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Smart, presentable, and confident personality.
Robust negotiation and client-handling abilities.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build professional relationships with clients.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, or supply chain will be an added advantage.

Experience
1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Logistics industry preferred).
