EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
1 to 2+ years handling customers/partners.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct sales calls
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, & other channels
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/solutions
Build and maintain relationships with recent and existing customers
Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
Update customer information in our CRM system
