Manage end-to-end faade execution for commercial/Residential projects.
Coordinate with architects, faade consultants, structural consultants, PMC, contractors, and internal project teams.
Review faade drawings, shop drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and material submittals.
Supervise installation of curtain wall, glazing, aluminium systems, ACP/cladding, louvers, skylights, canopies, and related faade systems.
Monitor project progress, manpower, material availability, quality, and execution timelines.
Ensure faade works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
Coordinate faade mock-ups, testing, inspections, and performance requirements including water and air infiltration testing.




Manage faade contractors and vendors and ensure timely resolution of technical and site-related issues.
Monitor measurements, variations, material consumption, and support cost control.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate snagging, rectification, testing, and final handover of faade works.
Maintain progress reports, inspection records, technical submissions, and project documentation
