Job Responsibilities
Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, JioMart, and other e-commerce platforms.
Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, and keywords.
Monitor inventory, pricing, stock availability, and marketplace performance.
Plan and manage promotional campaigns, deals, and advertisements.
Track sales, profitability, and key performance metrics.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Handle marketplace account health, customer reviews, returns, and issue resolution.
Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for business growth.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
2+ years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.




Experience with marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) is preferred.
Positive understanding of SEO for product listings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Skills
Experience in the FMCG or food industry.
Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Familiarity with multiple online marketplaces.
