Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who can identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, build robust business relationships, and convert prospects into long-term clients for Digi You.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for digital marketing services.
Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth project onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM tools.
Develop strategic partnerships to expand business prospects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
or related field.
2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Experience in Digital Marketing Agency sales is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office.
