Handle customer inquiries regarding steel pipes, fittings, sizes, grades, and availability.
Maintain valuable relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and industrial clients.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and follow up for purchase orders.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch departments for timely delivery of materials.
Resolve customer complaints related to quality, quantity, transportation, or delivery delays.
Maintain customer records, order history, payment status, and communication details.
Follow up for pending payments and coordinate with the accounts department.
Inform customers about current products, price updates, stock availability, and company offers.
Assist customers in selecting suitable steel pipes according to project requirements.




Coordinate with transporters and warehouse staff for smooth dispatch operations.
Prepare daily sales reports, customer feedback reports, and order status reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
Attend client meetings, phone calls, and email communications professionally.
Support the marketing and sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper documentation of orders, delivery challans, invoices, and customer correspondence.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
